Nicole Riddle

Born and raised in Omaha, I love my community, and take pride in highlighting the unique characteristics of our town and surrounding communities. What a wonderful story we have! My husband Phillip, who is also a NP Dodge realtor, and I have 5 (silly and sarcastic) children together. Our family loves exploring the Omaha Zoo, climbing on the trains at the Durham Museum, dining in the amazing local restaurants; grabbing ice cream, or discovering at a fun new place.  There is always something to do here!

I am a graduate from The University of Nebraska Omaha with a B.S. in History, I wrote my thesis on Dundee. I started my career in real estate with NEI Global Relocation as an Acquisition Coordinator and Auditor. It was a wonderful education, which allowed me to experience the real estate market in almost every county in the US. This led me to join the NP Dodge Residential Division with a real estate license in both Nebraska and Iowa. I have led several accountability and mentoring groups and have taken many of the amazing training programs offered. I loved serving on the Agent Advisory Board as Chair and being “the voice” for the agents. I have also obtained my broker’s license and enjoyed being a part of the mentoring program.

As a third generation REALTOR I am excited and energized to help navigate you through the complicated and gratifying process of buying and selling your home.
